There was no view of the lake, mountains, or even the city. The whole hotel seemed to have just one worker, and they didn't speak Kyrgyz, Russian, or English. We only had hot water in the shower, with no cold water, and the same was true in the toilet.

The beach was crowded, and there wasn't a lake view from our room, though from the second floor we could see the mountains. The hotel's cafe wasn't open, so we went to the "Fisherman's" cafe in Cholpon-Ata, which we know and like. The meals were good, but priced like in Almaty. We stayed July 7th-9th, when it was still chilly, and liked the quiet, clean hotel. It looked recently renovated, matched the photos, and the rooms were well soundproofed apart from the hallway. Our room had towels, shampoo, and shower gel, and cleanliness and quiet were the best parts for us. The location was handy, with cafes, shops, entertainment, the Ferris wheel, and other attractions nearby. Taxis, buses to Bishkek and Almaty, and excursions were just a short walk away. We had a great stay, thank you, and wish you and the business lots of success 💓
