There was a door in our room leading to a locked adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Even the other person’s whole phone conversation was clear, including the voice on their end of the call. That made the stay uncomfortable. We asked the hotel to fix it, but nothing was done. The decor looked nice, but the quality and comfort weren’t there. I don’t recommend it.

Thanks to the reception and room cleaning staff for their excellent service. The hotel is wonderful, clean, and new. It would be nice to have breakfast as an open buffet, and, if possible, a Qibla direction marker, a prayer mat, and tissues in each room.

At the Osh Grand Hotel, 6,000 rubles got you a free minibar with drinks, a buffet, a comfortable bed, and a convenient location. At Karagat, by contrast, the junior suite cost 7,000 rubles and still had a paid minibar. They served a smelly breakfast instead of a buffet, the markup was twice as high, and the location was inconvenient. Better to buy from the store across the street. I stayed at Karagat and the Osh Grand Hotel.
