Nomad Hotel

The staff were lazy. The shower head in one of our rooms was broken. The woman at reception came to look, said she'd return in 5 minutes, but after 45 minutes there was still no one. When we went back to reception, she said it couldn't be fixed that day. The water was cold too. She said it would be warm the next day, instead of checking that the boiler was switched off. I had to ask them later to turn it on, or we'd still have had cold water the next morning. She also promised to bring shampoo and apparently forgot. Around midnight, my room started making a very loud noise and the whole room was vibrating. I asked her about it, but she said she didn't know and left. I worked out a few minutes later that it was the A/C unit in the room next door. She just shrugged and said sorry, then did nothing, so we ended up asking the neighbours to turn it off. This morning, there was no water in my room. Otherwise, the rooms are what you'd expect in Karakol, and the location isn't bad if you're using it as a base for hot springs and things like that.
