The toilet water wasn’t clear. Service was incredibly slow, even for something like coffee, though it wasn’t a busy hour and our group of four were the only guests. They were totally unprofessional. I booked a massage and arrived early for the appointment, but they canceled because the masseuse had left and didn’t want to come back.

This is just about the spa, I can’t comment on the hotel. We were very disappointed when we visited today. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, no massage services were available, and both the sauna and steam room were having problems. It’s hard to call it a spa. The indoor pool is nice, but the large outdoor pool needs cleaning, and the whole place feels a bit tired and needs maintenance.

I didn’t stay overnight, just went for the pool, sauna, and a massage. External visitors pay 1200 to get in, and a one-hour massage costs between 2’000 and 2’500. It’s a great place to spend the day. The poolside food and drinks are amazing.

I stayed at this hole in the wall for four weeks. The food was really awful, and the staff seemed miserably underpaid and unmotivated. The hotel management also couldn’t handle refunding the five nights I checked out for. I left on June 21 and returned from Tashkent on June 26. Management told me I’d be refunded for the nights away and charged only for the nights I stayed. That was a lie. The hotel was basically empty the whole time, and now I know why. Bunch of thieves.
