It’s decent enough for travelers who need a warm bed, a clean toilet, hot water, 5G WiFi, and electricity. Breakfast is only described as “light.” The boiled eggs and ham weren’t refilled, and at first we waited for something more substantial. When I asked, they explained that it was a light breakfast. Just a matter of expectations, nothing serious.

Klara was the only staff member who spoke some English, and she was really friendly. She helped me book my flight ticket to Bishkek and even took me to eat samsa. The hotel is beside a big convenience store, about a 20-minute walk from the Lenin monument and 30 minutes from Sulaiman-too. My room had rusty pipes and peeling walls and a door. It seemed clean enough, but I got several mosquito bites within a few hours. Still, it had the essentials I needed: a private toilet, hot water, and an access card. There was a TV too, though I didn’t turn it on. For 1500 som a night, I thought the standard was acceptable.

Although the hotel looks clean and nice, the service and treatment of guests were really bad. The receptionist charged more than the amount posted at reception, adding 500 soms for some reason and claiming a visitor had come to the room. They called it a fine and said the price was sky-high. I don’t recommend this place. The service was the worst!
