Zlata Inn

The front desk staff member was very kind and spoke perfect English, helping us arrange transportation to and from the hotel. We stayed one night in a large, clean private room with a shared bathroom. It was a bit noisy because it faced the main road. This is a very convenient option if you're flying into Tamchy Issyk-Kul Airport.

The staff were pleasant, and having a pool was nice. The hotel is well located, but the main road right beside it makes things noisy. Our room felt dated, and although we'd asked for two separate beds, we got a double bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed instead. The restaurant was expensive for the quality of the food. We had a good stay, but I felt the price was a little high for the amenities.

I got back from Zlata today and had a wonderful stay. The rooms and pool were clean, and Ivan, the administrator, was always polite and helpful. Thank you for the great service, and thanks to the owner, Roman, for kindly driving me to the airport. I recommend Zlata.

The lake is just five minutes away, and the grounds are beautiful, with parking. There’s a pool for all ages, plus billiards, a sauna, a playground, and a bar. The cuisine is excellent, whether you order a meal or cook for yourself. Rooms and service are top notch, and the staff are especially polite and helpful. It’s a wonderful place for families, young people, or anyone on their own. Huge thanks to the owners and staff of the Zlata Hotel for such a great stay. Five stars out of five, and we'd give more if we could!
