A clean, quiet and safe place with good value. I only stayed one night, but it was decent and I'd go back. There was a slightly awkward mix-up when I arrived: they didn't know what time to expect me, even though I'd messaged twice in the previous 24 hours and hadn't heard back. They hadn't seen the messages. I asked about checking in then or leaving my bags somewhere. They offered an early check-in in a larger room if I promised not to use the air conditioning, since I'd paid for a fan room. I didn't want AC anyway and had booked a fan room, but the guy let me in and took the remote.

I usually eat out, but the restaurant food was really good, with a large portion for a low price. Bring mosquito spray if you're sitting in the garden. The hostel is very well run, and the staff are super friendly and work hard to make you comfortable. I had a great stay.

The breakfast was amazing, and you get a lot for just 3 USD. Staff were super friendly and sorted out our onward bus and a full-day Battambang tour with a local guide called Yo. Ask for him if you can. He gives a personal account of Cambodian history while showing you monuments, killing fields, caves, local food and more. Great hostel, with a big double bed in the dorm room.

Everything was set up with care, and the place was clean and modern, with lockers. The shared washroom was clean, with two toilets and three bathrooms, separated for men and women. In the dorms, the AC only runs from 8pm to 9am, and they only provided a thin bedsheet for a blanket. The WiFi had lots of problems, and the fan doesn't reach the lower beds.

Everything was in perfect condition since the hostel had just opened. It was clean and nice, and the staff were really kind and helpful.
