The hotel itself was nice, and the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. Breakfast downstairs was good too, and those staff were friendly. The sky bar restaurant was a terrible experience. There were nine of us, six of them kids. After we ordered, it took 40 minutes for a few fries and spring rolls to arrive. An hour in, the rest still hadn't come. We were told it would be soon, then a miserable-looking salad turned up. We asked the waiter if we could cancel the rest and pay for what we'd eaten. Then an angry-looking man who seemed drunk, and had been sitting with another group, came over and insisted we pay for everything ordered. When we asked for the manager, he claimed to be the hotel owner, though he clearly wasn't. My wife paid for the full order to avoid a confrontation. The food was eventually brought to our rooms nearly two hours after we ordered, and it was just as disappointing. After almost 20 years living in Cambodia, this was my worst restaurant experience.

For the price and location, the comfort and service were reasonable. I especially liked spending the evening at the rooftop restaurant, a relaxing spot.

It's a really convenient place. I haven't stayed in a room, but the spa and pool are lovely. Spa, pool, and gym access costs $5, and the spa area is decent π I go there almost every week π
