The family room had a big terrace and an unusual bathroom with no roof. We spent four nights here, and everything was fine in this pleasant, compact hotel. The manager arranged transfers to and from Sihanouville; the cars were fine and the road was quite an adventure. The tuk-tuk drivers he suggested were friendly and helpful. Kampot and the area around it were fantastic. I'd recommend it.

We were there for three days and found the place spotless, with very good breakfast. Everyone was friendly, and the care they showed guests was incredible. Everything about our stay felt just right.

A good spot for downtown Kampot's main sights, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a nicer option if you want more room, though it costs a bit more than what's typical in Cambodia. I got a pretty decent discount through the booking app. Breakfast was free and made to order, but nothing special. The pool is tiny, though cute.

The staff were excellent, and the front desk gentleman kindly carried our heavy bags up to the third floor since there's no elevator. Our room was large and very clean. Breakfast was just okay, and the pool area was too small to enjoy, with only two beds, I think. I wasn't keen on the location and would have preferred to be nearer the restaurants and bars. At $95 USD a night, it felt far too expensive for what you get, so I wouldn't return.

Kosal, the manager, welcomed us and helped us get settled, then shared tips for things to do nearby. We had a shower issue, but it was fixed straight away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was a secure place for motorbikes. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was great, with Cambodian and Western choices, plus fresh juice, tea and coffee. We had an excellent stay at Five.S and would definitely recommend it.
