The sunrise view across the city was great, and the stay was affordable. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly. Their English was limited, but we managed without it being a problem. The pool and gym are there, though I didn't try them.

The rooms are spacious, but everything feels like it's about to fall apart, and it was poor value for the money. Breakfast options were acceptable, but breakfast costs extra. If you're after a quiet, safe, atmospheric stay in Kampot, I'd choose somewhere like The Columns instead. Don't waste your money here.

The bedsheets were clean, which made up for the room not being very clean. The aircon worked well. We had to call reception to get the hot water fixed. We didn't really need hot water ourselves, but our little baby did. …

We paid 30$ for a room on the 6th floor. That price might make it a budget hotel elsewhere, but not in Kampot. The room was OK, though we spotted a few spider. The water wasn't hot enough for our 3 month old baby, but the hotel maintenance team willingly opened the valves when we asked, and that solved the issue. Free parking is available outside. The Aircon was noisy at full speed, but it kept the room cool enough.
