The staff made us feel so welcome, even running over to open the gate for us. They were friendly and helpful, kept the room clean, and left extra water. After checkout they gave us a snack, too. I’d definitely return. Our room was beautiful and clean, with an authentic feel and a peaceful view straight out to the river. It was quiet, and the whole atmosphere was lovely. I had the best stay there.

The location and view were fine, but the property is run down, which is a shame because it had so much potential. I booked a lake-view room and got a middle room overlooking a fence instead. I’m sure I won’t stay here again. Nobody seems to have looked after the place.

This is a lovely quiet place right by the river, just right if you want some peace. I’ve now made it my regular spot when I come to Kampot. This was my second stay, and it was just as nice as the first. The room was clean and cleaned each day, and the staff were very polite. The owners didn’t seem to be around this time. Three boys appeared to be managing everything, and they were incredibly friendly and polite even though their English was basic. No complaints at all.
