It's a relaxing place, outside the city centre and near the mountain area. The road is almost empty, with a few little shops, and feels more like a countryside village than the city. There are swimming pools, but no gym, and it's away from both the city centre and the beaches. Our group stayed in Villa 2, where the locks on all three rooms had problems. The bathroom floor got slippery with just a few drops of water. The meeting room is quite small, so it's not suitable for a large meeting of more than 50 people.

The staff were lovely, smiling and able to speak English. At breakfast they made us what we asked for, even when it wasn't on the menu, including fruit, salad and French toast. The food was great. It's about 10 minutes out of town, which keeps it quiet, and tuk-tuks make it easy to go back and forth. Our room was spacious and nice, the mattress was comfortable, and we slept really well. The pool was very enjoyable, especially at night when it felt cool against Kampot's outdoor temperature. The room walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the quality for the price is great. Thanks so much, we had a great stay.

The villa pool was clean and gave the place a cozy feel at night. All the rooms smelled nice and felt hygienic, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming. We had a great two-day stay in the private pool villa. There was also a special staff member, the cat, who greeted you at the villa looking for a snack. Food we ordered at night came quickly, though it was a bit salty. The main bathroom didn't have a clothes hanger like the other two bathrooms, and a bigger hanger would be nice since this villa has a private pool.

A beautiful property, a long way from the main town, so it works well for a retreat-style getaway. The beds are comfy and the linens are nice. Food was mediocre, but happy hour at the swim-up pool bar is fantastic!! π€© Not much English is spoken, so be prepared for communication to be a bit difficult.

The location is pretty good, quiet and convenient. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the family. The service staff welcomed us warmly and treated us well.
