The long, beautiful beach right outside was the highlight, so I didn't need to go elsewhere on the island. My bungalow sat just 2-3 meters from the clear blue-green water, and the place was lovely and peaceful. The reception is at the pier where you arrive at Sok San pier on Koh Rong with buvasea company or gtvc speedboat. There's plenty of good food in this little village, and you can rent a motorbike to get to the main pier or another beach. I can definitely recommend staying here!

The restaurant on the pier serves good food, and the staff were helpful. There are bungalows right by the water on the quieter side of the island, plus rooms with a shared bathroom on the other side of the pier. I'd definitely stay here again.

We booked a room with three double beds at a very reasonable price, even over the holiday, and it can fit up to six people. The big balcony was great for having a family or friends barbecue. They also rent bikes and arrange boat tours, and the owner was kind and very helpful. We had seen some negative reviews and weren't expecting much on New Year's Eve, but it turned out better than we thought. The place could use more dusting and be a bit better organized.
