The rooftop view is nice, but staff need to be told not to stare people down when they’re trying to relax up there. During my stay, a strange manager tried to push me into an 8 year lease contract. I was paying 900 rent for a small 1 bedroom, and they charged 95,-$ to use WIFI on top of that. If they want to get it full, they should ask 300-450$ a month and include free wifi.

We left and found somewhere else. We’d booked and paid online, but when we arrived at 5:30pm on Sunday evening, the manager had already left with the key, so we couldn’t get into our room. The pool in the pictures looked nice; in reality it was a hole with dirty water and trash. This place isn’t well run.

The pool was poor and dirty, and the Internet and electricity were overpriced. Staff were underpaid and asking guests for tips or beer. There was noisy, dusty construction all around the high-rise building. One star pretending to be five. A nightmare...

There’s plenty of scenery up top, and while there isn’t a pool, at least the bathroom has a tub. A very nice place.
