For $9 a day, you get a room with a TV and fan, but no A/C. I don't think there's hot water, though there are other price options. The Wi-Fi is the frustrating part, I can't connect more than half the time.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and there was 24-hour security. The place was clean, had a city view, and cost a reasonable amount. From the lobby, I could walk to lots of restaurants, including Western, Chinese, and Vietnamese ones, in about five minutes. I’d stay here again on another trip to Cambodia.

The price is low, but I wouldn't really recommend staying here. The bed is extremely hard, the toilet handle is broken, and much of the old room equipment doesn't work properly. I'd look at nearby hotels instead.

The staff are very kind, though they don't speak English. The location is near downtown, but the room is tiny and has a lot of bugs.

There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and it was really dirty, with grease on the table and a filthy floor. The shower also barely worked.
