Hotel KVL

My family had an incredible experience here. The accommodation is amazing and the value is at the top of the range. Breakfast stood out most for both value and execution. The bathrooms were very comfortable through the three stages you experience in bathrooms. I can't say enough about how good this stay was. I've stayed in hotels all over the world at a wide range of prices, and for me this is right up there. You might read this and think there were no flaws, or very little to improve. For the most part, any improvements would be finishing touches or the initial engagement and logistics. Otherwise, they've done what can be done.

Having a date night at Up by KVL while the kids relaxed in our room was such a treat. We spent two weeks at KVL Hotel and felt comfortable there every night. The junior suite gave the kids lots of room to play, and its big walk-in shower made bath time easy. I also liked the L’Occitane shampoo, body wash, and other good toiletries, which meant less to pack. The location worked really well for us. We could walk to the Royal Palace, National Museum, Night Market, and weekend events on Chaktomuk Walk Street. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the kids enjoyed looking around and feeding birds by the river. I could also squeeze in meetups with friends at Alchemist Coffee just downstairs. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices, and the food was delicious. The fast Wi-Fi let my husband and me get some work done over the TWG Tea provided in the room. We also used the free hotel Tuk Tuk rides to nearby attractions, which felt safe and convenient. The price felt good for the amenities. Our whole family had a relaxing, home-away-from-home stay.

The breakfast was lovely, and getting around from this hotel was very convenient. I stayed three nights and found the room very clean, with extra toiletries provided. The staff were especially polite, friendly, and professional. I’d happily recommend it, and would stay here again if I’m back in Phnom Penh.

The rooms were clean, and the service throughout my stay was courteous, efficient, and friendly. The hotel clearly has excellent management, and the staff’s professionalism reflects Sateka’s warm leadership. The attention to detail made the visit comfortable and memorable. Please accept my sincere thanks and compliments for the hospitality.
