Getting to One Park Hotel & Residence was a struggle from the start. We were given no directions, and the taxi couldn’t reach the entrance, so it left us in the middle of the street. After a long trip from Spain, hauling four big suitcases with two small children was exhausting. The layout also made getting around difficult: there’s only one entrance to the complex, and our room was in another building, so reaching it meant taking two different elevators. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, with no real customer service or guidance to help us figure things out. The restaurant closes at 14:00, and at 14:04 they wouldn’t let us in. We had to go back outside with two hungry, tired children. Breakfast choices were limited, the machine coffee was watery, and the cutlery was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. One of our children had diarrhea and was sick, but they wouldn’t let us take food to the room. It may have been from drinking tap water, though nowhere clearly says the water isn’t potable. At the pool bathrooms there was no toilet paper, and the cleaning staff said they had none and wouldn’t replace it. We weren’t given pool towels either. The Wi-Fi was so poor that the TV, which depends on internet, didn’t work at all. Its system was entirely in Chinese, making it unusable for international guests. Around the property, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome as tourists. Nearby, people stared at us and spoke aggressively. Ping pong and other entertainment areas also cost extra, with ping pong at $5/1h, and weren’t included in the room price. With two small children, the whole stay was very disappointing. This feels like a residence without customer service, much like renting an Airbnb, or worse, and shouldn’t be called a hotel. I strongly don’t recommend it and definitely won’t return.

I’m in Cambodia on my second business trip, and I prefer staying here to the hotel I used last time. It’s more like an apartment, which feels comfortable and convenient, with lots of space, a sofa, kitchen, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and balcony. There are also some extra services at no charge, though I haven’t tried them yet.

Mr. Michael from the front office was so friendly, professional, and ready to help. His service made my stay even better, and I really appreciated the hospitality. The hotel itself has great facilities, a warm feel, and is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

The park and pool are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet delicious. Great location too!

The garden is well kept, service is perfect, and there are two restaurants and two shops in the complex. Eden mall is within walking distance for more places to eat and shop. There are also two kids playgrounds. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but they’re comfortable and have everything needed. The mattresses are the one problem, very cheap and hard. The gym has only a few machines. The pool is large, though only 1.2m deep.
