Point Boutique Hotel

The way guests are treated here is the problem. Management and especially the receptionist were rude and disrespectful, talking down to me and blaming me for things I hadn't done. They even brought up how much I had paid for the room, which felt completely unprofessional. I booked online through Agoda at a discounted rate, and got the impression I was being judged for finding a fair deal. A hotel should make you feel welcome and respected, but I felt humiliated instead. Management seemed not to care, and the receptionist was a terrible example of hospitality. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better places where your money and dignity will be respected.

We stayed four nights and enjoyed it. The room was clean and quiet, and the location was great. The fridge was the only problem. I'd stay here again if I came back.

I felt well looked after by the lovely people here, and the room had great views. There's also a dine-in restaurant on the top floor, with a delicious dinner and even better views. Great value for the money.

With the border skirmishes continuing and meetings between the countries still going on, I tried to cancel my booking but the hotel refused. I'm an Expat Thai resident, so I already didn't feel welcome in Cambodia, and the hotel's customer service only confirmed that feeling. I definitely won't stay here, and I'd suggest booking somewhere else too.
