The hostess who answered my call made the stay worthwhile. She had a great personality and spoke English. The city view was wonderful, though the room itself was rather stark and could use some inexpensive prints on the walls. I couldn't work out how the hot water worked and didn't ask, though I'm sure the hostess would have been happy to explain. It was awkward figuring out whether I'd found the property. At the listed address, the building had at least three, maybe four, condo signs, and none said Skycondo. A stranger entering told me I was in the right place. Construction was going on in Jan.2026, and workers started at 7am, so light sleepers won't get to sleep in. The owner can't fix that, but the cleaning crew also didn't seem to take much pride in their work. I've stayed at five other hotels in PP over the past four months. All but one had similar prices and felt worth paying an extra $10 for. This place is more like an AB&B than a full-service hotel.

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but they took me to a lovely studio with a kitchen, pool, and gym. I had a great stay.

We were left waiting more than an hour after arriving from a long trip, with no staff or help around. When the property manager finally turned up, she was rude and dismissive, and said we couldn't stay because of supposed electrical problems. It felt like a complete lie. She said she had no money to refund us when we asked. Since then, they've ignored Booking.com and haven't responded about my refund. SkyCondo left us stranded, took our money, and lied to us. An absolute disgrace. Avoid it.

We got to the property on April 3rd at 7:10 PM with a confirmed booking, then waited almost an hour before staff said our room was unavailable because of maintenance. Instead of honoring the reservation, they tried to send us to another hotel with no reviews, which felt completely inappropriate and raised serious concerns. They refused our refund request and told us to contact Booking.com. Booking.com later said the property wouldn't resolve the issue with them either, and we never got a refund for a stay we were never given. We were stranded late in the evening and had to book another hotel at extra cost. One staff member even shouted at us. In our experience, the property failed to deliver what we paid for, wouldn't cooperate with Booking.com, and left us out of pocket. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. Scammers!! I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Do not book here.
