The location didn’t work that well for me. It’s a bit far from Riverside and Bassac lane, and although there are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, I didn’t think they were very good. The service, though, was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and when the first-floor room proved too noisy because of traffic outside, they moved me to another one and helped with my luggage.

The location is great, and the staff were at least friendly, but the higher-ups came across as rude. The manager couldn’t speak with me in English. I’d received confirmation about an early check-in, yet when I arrived at 2am I still had to argue with the receptionist. When we were leaving, they found a sheet with "blood" in our room and charged me $5 for it, though neither my partner nor I had bled in any way. It’s a very basic hotel.

At a reasonable price, WH Hotel 310 gives you clean, well-kept rooms with the basic things needed for a pleasant stay. The staff are attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Its location makes nearby attractions and services easy to reach. I’d happily recommend it to visitors looking for comfort and convenience at good value.

My husband and I were visiting Cambodia for the first time and had been excited about the trip. We’d booked breakfast with the room, but none was provided and there was no refund or alternative. Around 2-3 AM on the first night, an unknown intoxicated person repeatedly tried to get into our room. I was very frightened, and it left us feeling unsafe. I reported it to management the next morning and asked them to review security. It was troubling that someone could reach our floor and the building without being stopped. We told the hotel so measures could be taken to prevent this happening again. Update: Thank you for responding, WH Hotel 310 Management, but I need to clarify what happened. The person didn’t just knock by mistake. He opened our door with a key and only failed to enter fully because we had engaged the inside safety lock. Without that lock, he could have got in. It’s difficult to accept that this was an innocent mistake by another guest. How did he have a working key, possibly even a master key? This raises serious questions about your security procedures. Please explain how he could open our door, what concrete steps have been taken to prevent this happening again, and how you guarantee guests’ safety if unauthorized people can access working keys.
