For the price, the older room condition is understandable and the design is okay. There's hot water for chilly weather, free Wi-Fi, and a huge parking area. It was pretty quiet on weekdays.

The sheets weren't clean, service was poor, and the shower in a $15 room didn't work. A horrible stay. Avoid room 115 in particular.

I hadn't chosen this hotel. My confirmed booking at KNN resorts was overbooked, so I was brought here instead. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and badly managed.

It's an easy place to stay, with a friendly receptionist and staff. The room isn't fancy, but it has bathroom supplies, water, a TV, and a closet. The price is reasonable, there's a large car park, and you can see the mountain and city from out front. There are lots of places to eat nearby, plus the property's own restaurant. I'd recommend it if you want to stay in the city and walk around for coffee at night.

Spent New Year's Eve here and felt relaxed. It was cool, breezy, and fresh. Good value in downtown Mondulkiri.
