Andre Boutique Villa, formerly Tropical Villa Siem Reap, was close to Angkor Wat, just around the corner, and affordable. We had a clean, private room with a bathroom, and the shower and a couple of hours' nap were much needed in our packed itinerary. We were grateful for the warm welcome and enjoyed our short stay. We had booked a room mostly so we could store our backpacks, since we planned to leave Cambodia that same day and carrying even light packs around for hours can be exhausting. We weren't sure we could easily find a ride. Once in Siem Reap, we realized our tuk-tuk driver could keep our things for the whole day, so we didn't actually need accommodation. Still, this place could be a good fit if you want to stay a few days and visit the sights, because of its location.

Rattana, the kind and considerate 'boss', was what stood out most to me. The balcony was neat, the landscape beautiful, and the bedroom clean, with nice teaware too. I can't imagine finding a better place near Angkor Wat. Five-star recommendation!
