Agoda confirmed our booking as soon as we made it, then sent an email at 5:15 the next morning saying it had been canceled without explaining why. The whole thing felt disorganized, with no communication about what had happened.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and there's a small pool downstairs for those really hot days. It’s on a quiet road, about five minutes from the action, with a good restaurant opposite. My room looked newly renovated and was so clean I was worried about making a mess. The bathroom was great, and the PANASONIC 2 HP AC was wonderful. I paid 15$ through Agoda for a great room. This is the place to be!

The little pool was nice for cooling off during the day, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet at night. Pub street, bars, and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away, while the hotel is far enough from the noise to sleep well. Great value, and I’d happily stay here again if I return to Siem Reap.

I had a very bad stay here. The electricity went out during the night, so I was sweating while I tried to sleep and couldn’t charge my dead battery. I called the staff at least five times, but nobody came to fix the outage. I asked again in the morning for someone to check, and still no one showed up at my room. What responsibility does the hotel take? I recommend that everyone avoid staying here.

A cute little place tucked away on a side street, and hardly anyone seems to go there. The rooms are great, it feels very safe, and the price is about the best you’ll find in Siem Reap. I’d highly recommend it.
