Angkor Village Hotel

The pool was my favorite view, though there were picturesque scenes everywhere in the lush, jungle-like grounds. Breakfast is worth making time for. I especially liked the pork and rice dish and the smoothie bowl. I stayed in the suite with two friends in late May 2026, and we loved it. The location was easy to get around on foot, with taxis and tuk tuks always outside for longer trips. The airport pickup we arranged through the hotel was helpful. The staff were so polite and accommodating, greeting us warmly whenever we came out and helping with local excursions. They also brought drinks to the pool. It all felt perfect, like this must be how royalty feels. We can’t recommend the hotel enough.

We ate at the restaurant several times and really enjoyed the fresh, delicious food. It was thoughtfully presented and good value. We also tried a few signature cocktails and would gladly have more. The staff were friendly and handled all our needs diligently and professionally. The pool is especially lovely and peaceful, and the lush tropical grounds make the hotel feel like a calm oasis. Its layout gives guests plenty of privacy. Rooms have chic decor that celebrates Cambodia, and the amenities feel carefully considered. Markets and nightlife are just a short walk away. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

My foot massage was the best I’ve ever had, so I’d really recommend booking a massage here. The staff were warm and welcoming, from reception and housekeeping to the service team, especially Ms. Eang. It’s a relaxing green retreat in the middle of the city, with a quiet pool and a pond full of colorful fish around the restaurant. Pub Street and other restaurants are easy to reach. Five stars!

The rooms and the rest of the resort were spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were also really friendly and personable. I’m grateful to all of them for their hard work. What made our stay memorable was how capable and proactive the staff were. The reception team recognized us and knew our room even when meeting us for the first time. They also prepared a takeaway breakfast for 5am, despite the kitchen not opening until 6am, and were accommodating throughout. The resort itself is gorgeous, with two-story bungalows among lush plants and trees. It feels like a jungle tucked into the heart of a busy city. I strongly recommend staying at Angkor Village Hotel.
