The hosts are so attentive and caring, and the whole stay was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and they set up an extra bed for our three-year-old. Staff were always available when we needed something but otherwise gave us our own space. They also arranged tuk-tuks or taxis. After a day at Angkor Vat, the saltwater pool was a real treat, with water and fruit brought over for us. The design throughout feels thoughtfully chosen, from the tableware and glasses to the paintings and sculptures, with a real appreciation for Khmer history and culture. I came away with lots of inspiration. Breakfast is made fresh, with continental, Cambodian, or French options. The croissants were the best I’ve tasted, and I’m used to good ones in Brussels. The Cambodian fried rice was wonderful too. It’s about a 12-minute walk to the ticket office, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, including seafood, Cambodian barbecue, and Khmer food. We could also order Grab and eat on the terrace. They even brought us plates and cutlery. The hosts clearly love what they do and care about their guests.

My family stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in late January 2026. It’s locally owned and run, so please support them. The place has an old Khmer style, and the amenities are top notch. The hosts and staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

The service really stood out, from the owner Sitoh to the two women on staff, who couldn’t do enough for us. We also hired their private tuk-tuk, and Mr Chhoan was wonderful, taking us wherever we wanted without any complaints. He even went out of his way for us, which we appreciated a lot. He lives half an hour away, so booking ahead would be good. ATOH'S MAISON is a small family boutique hotel with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Everything was very clean, the wooden furniture and interiors were lovely, the gardens serene, and the pool area amazing, though sadly the water was too cold for us to swim. The main drawback was the location, around 10 minutes from town by tuk-tuk. There aren’t many restaurants close by, and vegetarian choices are very limited. Still, Mr Chhoan could take us to PUB STREET for the nightlife, restaurants, cafes, and shops, then bring us back with no problem.

We spent all four nights here, and I slept really comfortably. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful house, and I loved everything about the place. Sitoh made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
