I asked for a refund for my second night because I couldn't stay with the bad-smelling water, but they wouldn't give me the full amount. I left my money and went. I've never experienced such an unhelpful hotel. The stay was disappointing and unhygienic. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell, the air conditioning was broken, and the tap water smelled strange and bad. The lack of hygiene was unacceptable, and the place didn't look like the photos. I wouldn't recommend it.

The reception team made exploring easy by arranging fantastic tours. Staff were always helpful and ready to take care of any requests, and the service was top-notch throughout our stay. We also had a great breakfast at the on-site restaurant each morning. Highly recommended for the friendly service, good food and smooth tour arrangements.

The pool was one of the best parts of my stay, beautiful, clean and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, close to everything for exploring the area. Sakada and Tita deserve a special mention for being so helpful, friendly and responsible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and their warm welcome made me feel at home. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel for comfort and great service.

The service really stood out. My boyfriend forgot to return the physical key at checkout, and we only realized once we got to the airport. I messaged the hotel on Whatsapp, then went to the airport information counter. They kept the key there and said someone would come pick it up, which took the stress out of the situation. Such kind people. We stayed for two nights in April, and it was a great, affordable fit for young travelers. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, much needed after a long day outdoors. Breakfast was a good price for a buffet, and the pool was nice to have. The location was great, walking distance to Pub Street and the night market. Staff were very friendly. The door was a little hard to lock, though.
