The only downside was noise at 4:30 in the morning from guests in a neighboring room. That wasn't the hotel's fault, though. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was included and nice. My room was spotless and enormous, more like a small apartment, with a queen bed, fridge, kettle, TV, a comfy armchair, lots of cupboards, and a massive bathroom. It's a lovely hotel, and I'd thoroughly recommend it.

We found this lovely place after escaping a really bad accommodation in town, and they felt like our saviors. The staff were amazing, greeting us with soft drinks and showing us to a spacious room with two big windows. Everything was clean and tidy, including the bathroom. I'd happily return again and again, and I truly recommend the hotel.

The room itself was clean and cozy, but breakfast was disappointing. When I asked at check-in what they served, I was told it was just whatever was on the menu. Then at breakfast, only half the listed selection was there. Funny! I also had to ask for help with my luggage. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The breakfast was poor, with a fixed menu and very small portions. The rooms were large and the price seemed okay, but I later realized this was where I got plantar warts, probably from going barefoot in the shower area. It makes me think they don't disinfect the shower floor between customers. I also saw some bugs in the room at night. I stayed about a year and a half ago. There are better places to stay in Siem Reap.

They gave us a very warm welcome, and the rooms were pleasant and clean, with good showers. Breakfast was somewhat limited. We wanted to use the bikes advertised on the website, but there was only one.
