The breakfast had good choices, especially the omelette and Asian dishes, though service was slow. I even found a strand of hair in the omelette. The hotel feels rundown, the staff weren’t friendly, and there’s no elevator. Our balcony was dirty, the floor dusty, and water pressure very low. The room has no shower door. Construction next door was noisy from 7am to 6pm. The location itself wasn’t bad.

The pool was nice, though its fountain wasn’t working, and it’s beside reception, so it didn’t feel very private from staff or other guests who weren’t using it. The hotel was clean and had a good a la carte breakfast. No elevator, so there were lots of stairs with big bags, especially since I was on the top floor.

The rooms are large, the staff friendly, and the aircon handled the Cambodian heat well. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, just across the river from the city center. There isn’t much of a view from the room unless you get one at the front.

The rooms were spacious and okay, though the sheets and towels weren’t always completely clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. There are lots of interesting places nearby, including the “made in Cambodia” market and the hard rock bar, and the city centre and pub street are walkable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but construction beside the hotel made it very noisy and spoiled the view from my room. There’s no lift or power generator, and the city has a lot of power issues. At the same price, you can find another 4 stars hotel.
