We had no trouble with street noise even though the hotel is right in the centre. The breakfast was very good, with lots to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel arranged a tuk-tuk driver for Angkor Wat, Mr. John, who was friendly and smiling the whole time. We used him on both days and highly recommend him. Great hotel and service!

I spent seven comfortable nights here and had no issues. The hotel was clean and well kept, with modern amenities, good shower pressure, and friendly staff. It lived up to what I expected from the brand, and the location was perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool on site was usually quiet. The hotel is right in the middle of things in central Siem Reap, opposite the main Night Market. Noise wasn't too bad, though light sleepers might struggle. One drawback: some guests from certain countries seem to treat the shared areas like a trash can.

I spent two weeks here and had a great experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the great TV, air conditioning, and rooftop pool with comfortable loungers. The hotel couldn't be more central in Siem Reap. Thanks to Chamman, Rachina, and Tom, the third-floor housekeeper, for all the smiles and help!

It's a cozy, modern, very clean hotel, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee in the rooms, plus a small rooftop area with a lovely little pool. The staff were great, and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant was lovely. Pub Street's party area is very close, and the River night market is across the street, so expect more evening noise and traffic. I'd definitely stay again.
