I've lived here for about two of the past four years, and for the most part I'm happy. The location is superb, as good as anywhere in Siem Reap, and I like the manager and the 24 hour security. It's quite convenient. The one concern is Wi-Fi. About once a month it goes down for a day, then gets fixed and works again. I don't know what's causing it, but it's surprising in modern times and really frustrating when you rely on the Internet. Aside from that, everything is good.

The two bedroom apartments are huge, and the ones furthest from Temple Coffee and the traffic should be okay for noise. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, though their menus get repetitive pretty fast and most places have terrible coffee. The building vibrates almost nonstop for three days during festivals, about four times a year. The reception girl is beyond hopeless, so don't expect much of the serviced apartment service. I'd stay a month, maybe two, tops. That's about all Siem Reap is good for. If you're stuck in Cambodia for some reason, though, Siem Reap is the best option, Wat Bo is the best neighbourhood, and this is definitely one of the better apartment buildings.
