Maison Polanka

Our family of four stayed for four nights in July, and it was a peaceful tropical haven right in Siem Reap. The gardens and buildings are beautiful, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. They can arrange and book pretty much any activity, which made things easy. The food was delicious, and breakfast was generous enough for hungry teenagers. I do wish there had been muesli, though. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We needed a break, and our stay at Maison Polanka was just right. The owner and staff made us feel at home with such warm hospitality. We loved the pool, the delicious food and the lovely al fresco dining setting. The owner also shared recommendations that were really useful as we planned our trip. With just a few rooms, it feels like a quiet, private retreat after long temple tours.

The food was excellent, and the flexible timing was a big help. We got up early and came back at odd hours, but it was reassuring to know breakfast would be waiting for us. Everyone was lovely, and we had such a good time. Our Garden Lodge was wonderful, reached by a path winding through the peaceful garden, away from Siem Reap’s busy streets. Maison Polanka is magical. If you get the chance to stay, take it. You won’t regret it.

Maison Polanka was a peaceful place to unwind, tucked among lush greenery but still a short drive from Siem Reap’s busy center and Angkor Wat. My wife and I stayed in a spacious, very clean villa, with traditional Cambodian design paired with modern comforts. We had a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom and a private terrace facing the garden and pool. The staff gave us thoughtful, personal care throughout. From arrival, the warm welcome and quiet setting made a great impression. This is more than just accommodation: it brings together comfort, luxury and Cambodian charm, whether you’re exploring temples or just hoping to relax. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, and eager to return. Five stars all around, and see you next time Maison Polanka!
