The garden, courtyard, and pool are an oasis. After we ran the Angkor half marathon, spending a few hours by the pool was exactly what we needed. Hal, the owner, helped organize everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's quiet here but still an easy walk to the old market, the riverfront restaurants, and the infamous Pub Street. I don't know why some reviews are so negative, as I didn't experience any of that. The shower was strong and very hot, the fridge worked, and the beer inside was cold. I've stayed here several times and will definitely return when I come back to Siem reap.

The terrace is large and has sturdy reclining chairs, which make up for rooms that are a bit dark and not especially modern. That also helps keep them cool. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was okay, the pool was clean and pleasant, and the garden was beautiful. Good value for the price.

The hotel is nice, but the pool deck is extremely dirty and the WiFi is practically nonexistent. They say it works, but it doesn't, so don't count on using it for work or research. I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known. I don't recommend this hotel.

After a day out touring, the shaded grounds and pool are a nice place to unwind, with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are big and clean, with fans, AC, and in-room safes. It feels like a home away from home.

The exterior is cute and nicely landscaped, and it's an easy short walk to the main part of Siem Reap, though not right in the center. The rooms are set up like little bungalows, which is cute. But we were in a large group, and every room had too little hot water and poor drainage. We had to turn off the shower between rinsing out shampoo and conditioner. When we told staff, they just said that's how it is. Breakfast was horrendous, the worst of the five hotels we stayed at in Cambodia. They said they'd provide takeaway on our departure day, but they didn't. We also got cold beers from the lobby since the room power only works with the key inserted, as is common in Asian hotels. The price went up every time we went to pay, and despite trying four times over three days, we couldn't pay by credit card. In the end we paid cash, in what seemed like some kind of scam, though I'm not sure what.
