Our stay went beyond what we expected. The place was clean, the location was very convenient, and the breakfast and dinner were top-notch. Everyone on staff was so kind and professional, and they did their best to make us comfortable whenever we asked for something. Pich, Tola, Lee, Len, Saly, and Phark were especially wonderful. Highly recommended.

The hotel took care of all the arrangements for us at a reasonable price, including a smooth airport pickup and transfer. We also had excellent massages right there at the hotel. Our room felt very luxurious, and the location worked well, with a short walk to the busy streets or a $2 tuk-tuk ride. We took a small day tour organized by the hotel with Ms Lucky. She was friendly, spoke perfect English, and knew so much about the temples that she really brought their history to life. Our tuk-tuk driver was friendly and accommodating as well. The staff were all so helpful, and we had an excellent weekend stay.

The warm, charming feel of the hotel made our stay special. It was peaceful and romantic, just right for relaxing. Staff were welcoming, very friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a restful getaway where people treat you with care and kindness.

We stayed in a King Suite, with a terrace on each side. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the whole place was very quiet, great for a restful break. The pool is large, with towels provided, and the restaurant sits beside it with the sound of water nearby. The food was very good, from the different breakfast menus to cocktails and other meals. I also tried a traditional massage in the hotel’s massage room, and it was very pleasant. The hotel is near the city center, so you can walk around, though tuk-tuks are easy to find. The staff were friendly, pleasant, and professional, and the shuttle service is run directly by the hotel. One nice touch: water came in tumblers instead of plastic bottles.

We had a few issues with the hot water, and the TV didn’t work during our stay. They apologized, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and the location was convenient. Pub Street is about a 15-minute walk away, but the hotel is quiet enough for a good rest. Breakfast was affordable and good, with a few dishes to choose from and a free-flow selection of fruit, drinks, and bread. Most of all, everyone there was warm and kind, and the service was extremely good.
