Won Residence & Spa

The staff at Won Residence & Spa were friendly, easy to talk to, and ready to help with anything from directions and sightseeing tips to lending me a lighter. My room was cozy and a pretty high standard for a three-star hotel, with a fridge, AC, TV, and sockets that fit European plugs without an adapter. The balcony was a bit dusty, though that may just be the climate. Breakfast is served at the nice rooftop bar, and the menu is hilariously huge, like an immigration form where you mark your choices with an "X". Downstairs there’s a small pool, nothing fancy, but a welcome place to cool down when the heat feels like it’s burning your skin. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for more, and I’d gladly return. Thank you!

A quiet little oasis within an easy walk of the busy main area. The pool feels like a jungle hideaway, and there’s rooftop dining too. The warm, friendly staff and their helpful service were a real highlight. They also provide refillable drink bottles during your stay to cut down on single-use plastic, another reason to love the place :)

A lovely boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, very good breakfast, and staff who were friendly and accommodating.

I absolutely loved this place and would happily return to Won Residence. The hosts were so helpful and kind, they barely felt like receptionists. My room was clean, quiet, cozy, and very comfortable, with a cute balcony looking onto a green, relaxing garden. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with eggs, fresh hot bread, croissants, and delicious homemade jam. The hotel provided pick-up and drop-off, and I also had a driver from the hotel for several days to get around the city and even farther out. He was the best driver ever. For this level of service, the price was surprisingly affordable. Great value, absolutely recommended.
