The room looked promising at first, but the water ran yellow for a while when I turned it on before clearing up. That was concerning. The pool was another letdown: it was freezing, with no heating, and the water looked yellowish-green instead of clear. The promotional pictures gave a very different impression. The hotel is newly opened, spotless, and beautifully designed, but those things didn't make up for the rest. The fragile, very thin glass cups cost $30 each. I don't mind paying that, but it is the same price as one of their limited-edition red tumblers, which seems unreasonable for a 5-star hotel. My stay was disappointing and didn't meet the luxury standard I expected. I wouldn't choose it again.

Working with the team at Arjuna Solitaire Hotel was a really positive experience. They were professional, responsive, and supportive, and everything was organized well. We appreciated their hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with lovely views, and the convenient location made nearby attractions easy to reach. Highly recommended.

We stopped by for afternoon tea by the pool, though we weren't staying at the hotel, and really enjoyed it. The view was lovely for relaxing and taking photos. I follow Mr. Riansey on TikTok, so meeting him was a nice surprise. He was helpful and the service was great.

Bong Win gave us such a warm welcome, and the lovely surprise made my stay feel extra special. Arjuna Resort & Spa is beautiful and peaceful, with staff who are genuinely friendly and helpful. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone after a quiet getaway and good hospitality.

I celebrated my birthday here in Sihanoukville Province, and the restaurant staff brought out a little cake and sang happy birthday to me. The food and ambiance were amazing, and everyone was so welcoming and attentive. Such an amazing experience ❤️
