The location was great, with an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Tuk-tuk drivers could find it easily, too. Booking ahead through Telegram was simple. I had a great stay in a quiet room with air conditioning, a fan, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. They left bottles of water and packets of coffee, creamer, and tea every day.

Shops and restaurants are close by, and the beach is about 600 meters away. The place feels fresh and well kept, with clean, roomy rooms and friendly staff. There’s both a fan and air conditioning, so you can pick whichever you prefer.

The cappuccino from the bar was delicious, and the sea is really close. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place with simple but comfortable rooms. There’s Wi-Fi, hot water in the shower, a TV, a fan, and air conditioning.

It’s a fun place to party, but I wouldn’t bring kids. The drinks are overpriced, like elsewhere in Sihanoukville, and the English-speaking staff weren’t very welcoming. When we tried to buy a beer, the bartender seemed so high that it took him ages to count the change from $5.

We arrived at 4:30 pm for the check-in time listed on Agoda, which said after 2 pm, but the place was deserted and nobody was there. After waiting an hour without anyone showing up, we booked somewhere else around the corner.
