Daebudo Pension The Heaven

We had a great time here with family, which we hadn't done in a while. It was pretty clean and the facilities were good. There was a room next door where my nephews could play, making it a nice place for the kids to relax.

The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, so the full view was right there, and I loved that. The pool was longer than I expected and was fun for both swimming and playing around. During the day, we saw mudflats; by evening, the tide had come in. It was cloudy, but with all the lights off, watching the water come in felt dreamy and relaxing, and the room felt cozy too. I imagine the red clouds would be beautiful on a clear day. The bedding was the one real letdown. The duvet was so thin it seemed like just a cover. There were four of us, so we laid a blanket down to sleep on, but it was so thin I wondered whether it was really meant to be a duvet. The floor was hard, and my back hurt while I slept. If the bedding were taken care of, I’d give the place five stars.

The ocean-facing view was nice, and I think this place would be perfect once the weather warms up. I booked it with coworkers for a business meeting and some fresh air, but was told I’d been given a romantic, beautiful room, even though it was just a guys’ night out.

The kitchen and bathroom were especially clean, and the heater kept the place nice and warm. I also thought the bedroom and curtain decor looked really pretty.
