Even a semi-basement studio rented by the day would be far better than this place. In summer they seem determined to avoid turning on the air conditioning, and in winter it’s the same story with the heat. Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in.
Getting around was easy, with Sangnoksu Station close by and shops, restaurants, and convenience stores in the busy area nearby. The building has a nightclub, Lotte Supermarket, a sauna, a spa, and a hospital too. It looks dated, but it’s clean and kept up well. I was a little confused about the key, though the staff were friendly.
The restaurant felt like home cooking, and you could help yourself to more if you wanted. I arrived late at night and had trouble spotting the entrance. The facilities are old, so the place was just okay.
There’s a supermarket on the first floor, plus a hospital in the building. Rasung Tourist Nightclub is in the basement, and Tmap Parking is on Basement 1F and 2F. I recommend the sauna on the 4th floor, which is open from 06:00 to 23:00 and includes 4 hours of free parking.
The shared heating and cooling are a real drawback. I know the building is old, but the room feels more like a cheap inn than a hotel and badly needs remodeling. I wouldn’t recommend it.
