Having private parking right at the hotel was handy. The rooms are roomy, with separate bathrooms, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Even though it’s near a factory, it stayed quiet at night. The only nearby amenity is a convenience store. I ended up choosing this place while looking for somewhere else after finding the accommodations near Innovation City Juljangcha poorly equipped and all priced above 50,000 won. It’s about a 13-minute drive from Innovation City Terminal, costs around 40,000 won at the basic rate, and the facilities are much cleaner and better.
