Indeogwon Valt Hotel

Getting here is easy, just a two-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel feels spacious and comfortable. My one letdown was the lack of indoor slippers, even though there was a rack for them.

The location and price are about the only things going for it. There were stains on the bedding and some unidentified hair in the bathroom. With an ashtray in the room and a cigarette smell, avoiding smoke odor seems impossible. For a Couple PC Room, the computers only have enough specs to run PUBG. They say games can be installed, but the internet is so slow that doing it is practically impossible. There's no basic headset either. You can borrow one by leaving your ID as collateral. The TV remote also doesn't work properly.

I've never stayed anywhere worse. The place was incredibly dirty, and the hot water wasn't even hot. When I complained, they offered a refund instead of apologizing. The owner's attitude was the worst. In that situation, they should at least have given me a clean room. Would they want to sleep somewhere like that themselves? I didn't want to make a fuss, so I just barely got through one night, but I'm still really upset and angry. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The receptionist was friendly, and I appreciated that the bedding didn't rustle. Still, this felt more like a motel than a hotel, and I couldn't even verify its business registration, which made things a bit tricky. My deluxe room was on the small side. The bathroom ventilation wasn't great, leaving a slight smell, and the cleaning was average. It's an old building, with very dark rooms and hallways. Since it's right in the middle of a busy area, you can compare the area's safety with other places.
