The front desk staff speak English well and helped arrange taxis. The hotel is very clean, with good room service, a modern feel, and a central spot near many businesses and restaurants. Staff are friendly too. My room did feel a bit sterile, and there was nowhere to unpack, so I lived out of my suitcase for five days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which matters when English isn't widely spoken. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was good, the most important things for me. Breakfast brought the rating down to three stars. It was below standard and surprisingly expensive if it wasn't included in the price, which I think it usually is. I don't know what the usual breakfast is like in Korea, but this one didn't offer much variety and felt a bit lackluster.

I stayed in March 2015 and would recommend this hotel any day. The rooms were clean and quiet, the Wi-Fi worked well and stayed stable, and the food was good. Getting around was easy, and they had foreign exchange on site for dollars and won.
