The rooms are really spacious, and the spa bath is large too. Still, the place feels worn out and due for an upgrade. Our bathroom towel rack came off the wall, and the room was unbearably hot because the air-conditioning didn't seem to work. The TV was smaller than ones we've had at other places, there was no breakfast, and the towels were tiny. For what you get, I found it way overpriced.

The public bath was clean, the water was good, and hotel guests can use it for free. We stayed in a deluxe family duplex that fit four adults well. Its family bath had a big sink but hardly any room in the shower, so we used the public one instead. The building and facilities are old, but we’d definitely come back. The hotel is right in the heart of Bugok Hot Springs.

The kids had a great time in the water, which really is good at Bugok Hot Springs, haha. We stopped for a hot spring bath on our way home after the holidays.
