The sauna was a real plus. The water felt incredibly soft and left my skin smooth. It seemed to be a neighborhood sauna, and meeting all kinds of grandmas there, kind, funny, and grumpy, was quite an experience. The room was spacious and clean, though a little too simple and short on furniture. It felt a bit sad, but I’d still take that over a messy room. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Ask the concierge and they’ll offer a bathrobe, and they thoughtfully provide two bottles of mineral water each day. The location in Haeundae was perfect. I’d recommend it for a short stay of under five nights if you want a budget price.

The room was comfortable and the price was good. The furniture is a bit old, but the shower room is large and has a tub. The water quality was so good I didn’t even need shampoo or body wash. The hot spring sauna felt a little dated too, though its water was good. The location works well, and I’d come back.

A basic room, with a firmer mattress and just one pillow per bed. The bath towels were about the size of hand towels.

There were no bath towels for showering, and the rooms need upgrades. I also found it odd that there was a shower hose in the toilet instead of a standard bidet. This is called a tourist hotel, but most of the receptionists barely speak English. It didn’t feel family friendly either, since little kids have to pay extra. At all the other places we’d stayed in Korea, children were included in our booking without extra charges. Here, it felt like they charged extra for nearly everything.
