At check-out, they wouldn't let us leave our bags for just an hour while we went for breakfast. They said that wasn't allowed, and I've never had a hotel refuse such a basic request before. The room itself was nice, but there was a clear damp problem. Moisture got trapped under the sink in the carpeted floor, and there was mold in several spots. Service from staff wasn't very attentive either. They only spoke when they had to.

The beach isn't too far away, and the food was excellent. I was here for 7 nights on a business trip and, as a foreigner, I'd recommend the Best Louis Hamilton Hotel to others. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and room service was great. Everything about the Hotel was Perfect. There's also free laundry on site.

It's a practical place with the basics you need, though it's not fancy or luxurious. We had free breakfast, self service laundry, and a clean, comfortable room. The location is close to bus and train stations, as well as shopping and dining places. Efficient and adequate.

The door to my room gave me a shock every time I tried to unlock it, so something was clearly wrong with it. We also had to drag heavy bags nearly 1.5 kilometres from the metro station to get here, which was the biggest drawback. The room was fine, nothing special, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a prepaid list of English breakfast menus. They did let us swap out a few items we didn't want for alternatives we chose.

I had a great first stay in Busan and would come back. The staff were really friendly and upgraded my friends' and my rooms for free. It was the nicest hotel room I've stayed in, huge, clean, and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to the beach, and there were lots of convenience stores around. You could borrow things like a hair straightener, ice bucket, and umbrella at no charge.
