Haeundae Blue Story Hotel

The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, and the bedding was very good. It's a clean hotel in an ideal spot for Haeundae. The staff were honestly so helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. I'd definitely stay again.

The location is the main thing this hotel has going for it. It's convenient for Haeundae beach, the metro, and nearby areas, though there's not much of a view. I stayed one night and moved to another hotel afterward. I had a problem with my reservation and tried to sort it out with three staff members. They were all unhelpful, and only one had even basic English. If you need English-speaking staff to help with a problem, you may not find that here. I expect hotel staff to be service-minded, and that wasn't my experience. The rooms are small and not very charming, and they don't look as good as the photos. They were clean, which is the least I'd expect at this price in Busan. The bathroom was fine but small, and the sound insulation wasn't great. If you're a light sleeper, noise could be a problem. There are plenty of other choices nearby, whether you're after more style, a view, or helpful staff.

It's just steps from Haeundae Beach, which made the location perfect. We had a flawless five-star stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

Haeundae Market was nearby, and the staff kindly helped us call a taxi, which made sightseeing easy. We'd love to return on our next family trip to Busan.
