Yanolji 303 room review event participation The location worked really well for me as a first-time visitor to South Korea and Busan. Busan's main train station, with domestic trains and the KTX, is close, as are subway Line 1 and buses just a few meters away. It was easy to book tours from here since many groups meet at Busan station, and the international port is only a few minutes on foot for my next trip by boat to Japan. Restaurants, convenience stores, and traditional markets are nearby too. The place is set back from the main road, so I mostly heard locals chatting as they walked past, not much traffic. Check-in went smoothly with the translation app, and reception was helpful. They provide basic bathroom supplies, and you can ask for more. My room was cleaned whenever I returned from exploring, and as winter began it stayed warm and cozy. The double room felt huge for one person. Laundry wasn't available because of a short circuit. Breakfast can be requested.

Breakfast looked fine in the photos, but what I found downstairs was so different it made me laugh. I'd suggest eating elsewhere. The staff also seemed to be having a bad day: nobody smiled, and when I asked for fresh towels, they gave me the same dirty ones. The whole place was filthy. There was hair on the floor, every towel was dirty, the bathroom was moldy, the door was broken, and the slipper was torn. I've stayed at another Brown Dot Hotel branch and had a great experience there, so this one was a huge disappointment. I won't come back.

It's a convenient spot near Busan's train, subway, and bus stations, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. I left my luggage in the self-storage area while sightseeing, then came back after lunch to pick it up, and everything was fine.

The noise never stopped, including a siren, and when we asked the front desk about it, we got scolded. The staff were the rudest I've ever encountered in a hotel. We have a three-night booking, so unfortunately we're stuck here. I wish I'd read the earlier reviews. I'd feel cleaner and more comfortable on the street. The slippers smelled, there were no proper clean bath towels, the bathroom was unusable, and the usable space was narrow. We asked them not to enter our room, but when we came back that evening, someone had gone in and taken the towels. We had to catch a 5 a.m. flight and dried ourselves with hand towels. I've traveled to maybe 50 countries and never seen hotel staff this bad. There's a jacuzzi in the rooms, but the sound insulation is poor. The people upstairs ran theirs at 2 a.m., and it felt like we were in there with them.

The bathroom looks stylish, though it doesn't offer much privacy, which could feel awkward if you're sharing with a friend. Otherwise the room was clean, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. There's a light breakfast upstairs, too. Busan Station is an easy ten-minute walk away.
