Busan Business Hotel

With the window open, it was still hot in my room at 25 degrees, but the hotel wouldn't let us use the aircon. Street noise made it harder to rest, too. A comfortable sleep should be the bare minimum, so it baffled me that guests couldn't decide whether to use the aircon. I personally didn't get a good night's sleep, hence the two stars. Otherwise the bed, shower, and pillows were okay, and there was enough space in my room.

Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited, and you can buy the coupons in advance. The hotel also stores luggage. The place was clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff spoke English very well, so foreign guests shouldn't have communication issues. A great experience, highly recommended!

The lobby feels roomy and welcoming, the male reception staff were kind, and the sheets and towels were clean. It’s also handy for shopping and medical clinics, just behind Lotte Department and close to the subway. But I’d call this a 3-star place, not the 4 stars Google lists. Our Corner Deluxe Twin Room felt cramped, with a low ceiling and tiny windows that made it stuffy. The mattresses were rock hard, the pillows too high, and there were no other pillows to choose from. We barely slept during the stay, and the rooms had no soundproofing.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I’d stay again. The front desk staff tried to help, though they couldn’t tell me much about what to do or what was worth seeing. The location is good once you figure out where the hotel is.
