I stayed in the room for 24 days, and it was good value with a great city view. The central location is a big plus, with a metro, shops, and good transport connections nearby. There’s one disappointment: the photos show a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, but cooking isn’t allowed and there are no kitchen utensils.

Everything I needed was in the room, and everyone at the front desk was friendly. It was easy to get to bexco, theaters, and the station. This will be my first choice next time I’m in Busan.

Before check-in, they asked me to pay 30% more. After I agreed, the hotel then asked for double the price I’d originally booked. I had to cancel without a refund and stayed somewhere else, so I can’t really comment on the rooms.

The bathroom door was broken and stayed locked for a while, so we couldn’t use the bathroom the next morning. The room was dirty too: foundation on the bedsheet, lipstick on the glass, dirt on the mirror, and an unclean bathtub. There was nobody at the front desk. We had to phone to check in, but nobody answered. A Korean gentlemen passing by helped us get into the room, but the whole thing took more than half an hour. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here.

Everything else was incredible, but a couple of basic things let me down. There was no hair straightener, and the bathroom outlet didn't work, so I couldn't iron my hair. 😭😂
