The hotel is right where I wanted to be, near the International Market, upscale shops, a couple of museums, and walking streets with plenty to see. Metro and bus stops are close too. Service was outstanding, aside from email replies. My room was well organized and had interesting architecture, though it could use a fresh coat of paint.

The room was more spacious than I expected, with a comfortable bed and new bathroom fixtures. But the building's layout feels like an apartment block, with an outside corridor, and from the street you wouldn't know it was a hotel. It must have been renovated. Nampo subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. I think it suits younger people, while older guests might find it inconvenient. We stayed three nights a few years ago.

The room was tidy and well cared for, and the bathroom and toilets were clean. The sheets had no smell, and the towels were fresh and scent-free too. With hotel prices in Korea going up, this felt like an unusually good deal.

The decor is fairly new and the location is good, but the noise is a problem. The bathroom fan is loud, and I could hear water running on and off all night whenever someone else used the bathroom. The air conditioner was noisy too. In the double room there was just one bath towel and three hand towels, with no foot mat, so I had to use a hand towel for that. Aside from those things, it was acceptable.
