The street outside had an awful smell, and the windows were small and prison-like. The washroom, though, was very clean, and the accommodations turned out to be good value despite the tiny, cramped lobby. Some or most of the front desk staff were very helpful, though English was a challenge for most of them. Breakfast ran every morning from 7-9am, with toast, juice, coffee, boiled eggs, cheese, jelly, and butter, all free and unlimited. You could borrow a bike for 2 hours. An iron and board required a $10 deposit, and there's a 110v converter outlet by the middle plugs for US travelers. Late checkout was available for an extra $10. I wouldn't be put off from coming back.

We had a wonderful experience overall, though we think the housekeepers accidentally threw out our toothbrushes. When I went downstairs for replacements, the staff member handed me a comb instead. Maybe there was a communication barrier; I can't say for sure, but I did ask for toothbrushes and got a comb. It wasn't a big deal, though better English among the staff would make it easier for guests to get what they need.

The beach and the boardwalk, with its many restaurants and activities, are both close by. This was one of the most relaxing places I've stayed in Korea, with comfortable beds, great showers, and 120-volt outlets in the room. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone.

We stayed for 3 nights in October, with one room for my wife and me and another for my kids. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Haeundae Beach is close, and there's a shopping area nearby with lots of bars and restaurants. We'd stay here again.

Good hospitality and a fair price made this a solid choice for a business hotel. The breakfast in the morning is simple, and Haeundae metro station is close by. The receptionists speak English well, especially Mr. Lee, so communicating with the staff was easy.
